Refund Policy

Returns

To return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method. If it has been more than 30 days since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of scratches, dents, markings, wear or use.

 

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
